I’ve been tying up loose ends and trying to sort out the last few things before I fly off tomorrow. I know I still have so much to write. But truth be told, I’ve sorta lost steam from my non-existent internet connections and my slow withdrawal from being out in public. There is a couple weeks left of the year and I’ve been trying to spend it with the ones that matter.
Thanks for all who managed to come out to my mini-farewell party in KL. My girls were bugging me about being drama cuz I’m leaving but I think its a big deal – esp since I haven’t been back to Canada since I left. I invited about 15ppl and more than double showed up, thanks to my girls spreading the word and getting everyone to come out on a wonderful Tuesday evening.
Thank you to everyone who has been so great about helping me grow my network in Hong Kong and establish more of a presence in this new market. It’s always scary trying new things but after a good meeting with my management, I think the gameplan for 2010 is definitely going to be a lot better (I can feel it in my bones). I’m excited for the new opportunities to come.
