The weather has been fantastic and I’ve had the pleasure of doing quick runs around my neighbourhood. I enjoy the scenic route and the low traffic congestion allows me to enjoy my runs without having to wait for too many stop signs and traffic lights. The best part of exercising is seeing results.Â
I don’t have a gym membership but I’ve been doing a series of exercises at home with my mat and some other mixed cardio moves to get my heart rate up and sweat buckets. I know it can be so difficult to get motivated but it feels amazing when I can get that out of the way. I’ve been just at it 2x a week and I can start seeing the muscles form and my troubled areas starting to waist away.
Hope you get motivated this week to work out and look your best! Respect yourself and your body. You owe that to yourself!
